At Cardinia Pool Servicing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our returns process.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Equipment & Product Returns
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Change of mind: We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Pool chemicals (due to safety regulations)
- Installed equipment that has been connected or used
- Custom or special order items
Warranty
As an authorised dealer, all products we sell come with full manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through There Website β simply contact our team and we will liaise with you on what manufacturer to contact.
Service Work
If you are not satisfied with any equipment installed, please contact us within 7 days and we will rectify the issue. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
