  • Do you offer equipment installation?
    Yes, we provide product installation for Cardinia Shire and other locations for a charge - upon request. Please outline in the notes section when making your order and we will include this within our quote.
  • What suburbs in Cardinia Shire do you offer installation?
    Our service areas are in the local Cardinia Shire and Baw Baw Shire locations, including Lang Lang, Longwarry, Pakenham, Bunyip, Tynong, Nar Nar Goon, Garfield, Officer, Drouin and other surrounding suburbs.
  • What countries do you ship to?
    We offer free delivery on most equipment products. Shipping is available Australia wide.
  • What is the shipping process?
    Once you approve your quote and payment has been finalised, our team will prepare your order with our fulfilment warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number so you can easily track your delivery.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our standard shipping is generally within 7-10 business days, depending on what you have ordered and your location. It may take a little longer for regional areas and faster for metro areas across Australia. Our team will provide you with tracking and an estimated date of delivery once your order has been packed and shipped.
  • Local Delivery for Chemical Based Products
    Chemical based products are not available for shipping or delivery across Australia. We can offer free local delivery across the Cardinia Shire area for chemicals ordered online.   • Why can't I see the prices of your products?
    A lot of manufacturers in the pool industry have guidelines for dealers which say that prices are not to be advertised online. You can also contact us via phone or email, and our knowledgeable team will be able to quote the best prices for you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Any cancellations or modifications to confirmed, approved or accepted orders must be requested within a strict 24-hour window from the time of your initial purchase. If you are just obtaining a quote and have not confirmed, approved or accepted your order, you are under no obligation to proceed and can cancel anytime before this.
  • How can I change my shipping address?
    If you notice your shipping address is incorrect after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will need to pay for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • How do I return a product?
    Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused and include all the original packaging. Read more about our return policy here.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
  • My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?
    If your item/order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged piece and the packaging that it came in so that we can help you. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or packaging that your order arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
  • My order is lost, what do I do?
    If your order has been marked as delivered, however you have not received it, please let us know by contacting us and we will track it down.
